Changes to how you contribute to your Super from 1 July 2022

From 1 July 2022, Australian Practical Superannuation will have a new Unique Superannuation Identifier (USI), being 43 905 581 638 013, which your employer is required to use for remitting your contributions and for your insurer if applicable.

What do you need to do?
From 1 July 2022, if your employer makes any contributions to your superannuation account, they will need to use the
new USI, being 43 905 581 638 013. You should give them a new updated Choice of Fund form, which contains the new USI details.

To assist you, we have attached a Choice of Fund form containing the new USI, which you can fill in your name and member number, sign, and give to your employer by 22 July 2022.
